Ivoclar Vivadent Welcomes New Digital Support Coordinator

With the introduction Ivoclar Digital earlier in the year and a desire to increase digital field support, Ivoclar Vivadent UK & Ireland recently expanded its Products and Logistics team and welcomed Digital Support Coordinator, Tiernan McCullum.

Q&A with Tiernan:

How does your job role fit in with our new brand, Ivoclar Digital?
T: Part of my job role is to ensure a smooth transition from Wieland to IV Digital, on top of that we hope to have a solid industry leading service and repair system in place by the end of the year.  

What is the Ivoclar Digital support process?
T: Our priority is to help anyone who needs it in the quickest and most efficient manner. First level support for Ivoclar Digital customers is to call our helpline (listed below), and if needed, will be re-directed to our Leicester office where I will pick up support.  

What do you do on a day to day basis?
T: Everything to keep the Ivoclar Digital customer happy; support, taking orders, answering queries and looking at ways to improve our service in any way we can, I have also been setting up internal systems to help with our workflow.

What do you enjoy most about the role – any notable moments so far?
T: ICDE2017 was awesome! I enjoyed being part of an event which involved so many of the team in and out of the office. It’s also nice being able to meet our customers in person and talk to them more about Ivoclar Digital with the new machines in front of us.
