Ivoclar Vivadent set to showcase their most memorable ICDE event yet
Now an established part of the dental education calendar, Ivoclar Vivadent’s ICDE event is back for 2017, bigger and better than ever. Following on from the sell-out successes of 2010 to 2015, this year’s ICDE focus is three keystones of modern dentistry; ‘Digital, Aesthetics and Efficiency’.
This highly popular two-day event, which takes place on 16th – 17th June, will bring together world-renowned
dental professionals to present their wide range of opinions and case studies exploring the constantly evolving dental landscape. The
confirmed speaker line-up includes Dr Attiq Rahman, Dr Nilesh Parmar, Dr Lida Swann, and Dr James Russell from a clinician’s
perspective dentists, and Lee Culp, Carl Fenwick, Ian Smith, Petr Mysicka and Vicken Hatsakordzian representing the technical and
digital elements of the event.
For the first time, ICDE will be held in Leicester city centre’s vibrant Cultural Quarter at the spectacular Curve Theatre, and will combine lectures with Q&A sessions and a marketplace event with live demonstrations and opportunities to see the products featured in action.
Ivoclar Vivadent are also thrilled to announce that their ICDE event will be hosted by none other than Dr Milad Shadrooh, better known on Social Media as ‘The Singing Dentist’. The Singing Dentist has had an important impact on the dental industry and reaching a wider audience, going viral on multiple occasions by releasing a series of parody videos where he changes the lyrics of famous songs to promote dental hygiene awareness in a fun and positive way. Most notably covering Pharrell Williams ‘Happy’ as ‘Gappy’ which has resulted in over 165,000 views on YouTube to date.
The Singing dentist will also be attending the Friday evening festivities at Leicester City’s King Power Stadium, where the Keith Weller Suite will be transformed for a truly glamorous evening as Ivoclar Vivadent are set to take their attendees to Hollywood.
