IPS e.max Ceram
The fluorapatite glass-ceramic IPS e.max Ceram is suitable for veneering substructures made from lithium disilicate (LS2) and zirconium oxide (ZrO2) such as IPS e.max ZirCAD or Zenostar by Wieland Dental. IPS e.max Ceram has been clinically proven for more than ten years - whether a simple standard layering technique or a demanding high-end layering design with lively dynamic light effects is required. It has a wide range of additional ceramic powders such as Margin, Deep Dentin, Impulse or Opal materials.
The intuitive modelling properties and good stability of IPS e.max Ceram materials have inspired users for years. In addition, the materials have very good firing properties with a low degree of shrinkage. The materials show great shade stability even after multiple firings and have compact surfaces, therefore fulfilling all the expectations of a modern veneering ceramic.
The classic Dentin and Incisal materials are available in A-D, Chromascop and Bleach shades. If a higher degree of brightness is desired, IPS e.max Ceram Power Dentin and Power Incisal materials are available in A-D and Bleach shades.
Expressive and versatile characterizations can also be realized with the universal staining system IPS Ivocolor, the Essence materials, shade pastes and glazes.
